About Me

Hello, I’m Bima (some friends calling me Vincent as well) a mid-career professional, culinary student, and the creator of Spicygo, a space where I document my journey of transforming passion into purpose.

After years of working across healthcare operations, hospitality, and digital trust & safety, I felt a strong pull to return to what has always grounded me: food, creativity, and culture. This led me to pursue a Culinary Diploma at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, where every day I sharpen skills, challenge myself, and explore flavours from around the world.

Spicygo began as a simple personal archive — a place to store recipes, school projects, and food experiments. Today, it has grown into my living culinary journal, featuring:

  • My class dishes, plated with care
  • Modern interpretations of Asian and global flavors
  • Experimental creations like The Cloud Bite
  • Research notes, infographics, prototypes, and kitchen concepts
  • Visual storytelling through photography, UI ideas, and plating sketches
  • Theres are an idea for culinary start up as well and I’m still working on it. Will share in this web in coming future.

Through Spicygo, I aim to blend tech, creativity, and culinary arts — whether that’s crafting a Zen-garden-inspired amuse-bouche, building a “Modern Buffet on the Go” concept, or designing user-friendly food apps.

Most importantly, Spicygo reflects my belief that it’s never too late to start again. Every dish, every notebook sketch, and every recipe I post represents my journey of learning, experimenting, and growing into the culinary world.

Thank you for visiting my page – I hope Spicygo inspires you to explore flavours, try something new, and embrace your own journey with courage and curiosity.

Bima, Creator of Spicygo
